Below are questions we are regularly asked. Please peruse them prior to emailing your questions.

1. Is there any extra cost for embroidering the names on? No, the quoted price includes adding the names.

2. How long does it take to make and send the orders? All the items are personally crafted and take many hours to sew. The orders take between 2 - 4 weeks. Our peak time is between October and December and therefore, it will take a little longer if you order in these months.    Please note, in 2007, I had to close orders at the beginning of November due to the large number of orders. Please order early to avoid disappointment. 3. How do I tell you the name I want embroidered?

After placing your order, please go to the Contact Us tab and send us an email with the correct spelling of the name you wish to embroider on your item.
