Frequently Asked Questions

Below are questions we are regularly asked. Please peruse them prior to emailing your questions.

1. Is there any extra cost for embroidering the names on? No, the quoted price includes adding the names.

2. How long does it take to make and send the orders? All the items are personally crafted and take many hours to sew. The orders take between 4 - 6 weeks. Our peak time is between August and December and therefore, it will take a little longer if you order in these months.   Please note, orders are predicted to close around September each year. Please order early to avoid disappointment.

3. How do I tell you the name I want embroidered? After placing your order, please go to the Contact Us tab and send us an email with the correct spelling of the name you wish to embroider on your item.

4. Can I pay any other way? I don't have Paypal? Yes. I am happy to accept money orders or direct deposits into my bank account. Please email me if you require details.

5. POSTAGE The price quoted on the postage is for WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY. If you live overseas, please email me for a quote. Orders will not be taken until postage is paid for upfront.     Multiple items - currently my website does not have a function to calculate the discount on postage automatically. If you order more than one item, the postage is only $5.00 extra, if you order 2 more items, the postage would be $10 extra, etc. Let me know if you have been over charged for postage and I will refund you via Paypal. Sorry for the inconvenience.
